Shipping & Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 working hours from our fulfillment center in Greater Montreal, Canada. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide using express shipping for all orders.

Shipping Times

  • Quebec (Domestic): 24-72 hours

  • Canada & USA: 1-4 business days

  • International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Rates

  • Canada: Flat rate of $9.99 CAD

  • International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

  • Free shipping on all orders over $200 worldwide.

Order Tracking & Delivery

All orders include tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes that may apply upon delivery.

Address Errors & Returns

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Delivery Issues & Refunds

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

  • We do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
