We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or an echange.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your item is damaged, used or worn, the return/exchange will be denied.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Otherwise, you can also ask for an exchange. Please note that the requested exchange item won't be deducted from our inventory until we receive your package. So if the item sells out in between, you won't receive the item you requested. We will then issue a store credit instead.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a store credit of the amount of your order. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees.
